Description of the Manila vacation condo rental
Our ground floor condominium is situated within Mayfield Park Residences, a series of Mid-Rise condominiums inside a secure fenced complex, with a gated concierge service and is security patrolled throughout the hours of darkness. A long driveway off the main road accesses the complex.
The condominium is fully furnished to a very high standard; with every facility you will need for a vacation or business trip, providing a spacious and very affordable alternative to hotels. The condominium has two air-conditioned bedrooms with wardrobes - 1 bedroom with queen size bed and the other with a double bed with pull out trundle bed. Fully outfitted kitchen with combination gas and electric oven/stove top, fridge/freezer, water cooler, microwave, rice cooker etc. Purified water is supplied from the onsite filtration plant. Cable television, DVD player and mini Hi Fi system in living area. Local phone and own broadband WI FI internet access provided. Wet room includes hot water shower, basin and toilet. The unit has its own allocated secure rooftop laundry area & drying area, complete with automatic washing machine. Bathroom and bedroom linen are also provided.

Mayfields features a beautiful swimming pool and garden complex, with a two story clubhouse, with karaoke suite, and 61 inch screen. Two large club lounges provide restaurant service, and free wf-fi access. Food deliveries are also available from all the local fast food services
Mayfield Park is located just walking distance to Jolibee and SM Supermarket previously Makro Supermarket.
Closed to Shopping Mall, Sta Lucia Malls and Robinson East (5-10 mins w/out traffic),Mega Mall, Robinson Galleria, Shangirla, Market-Market, Global City (15-20 mins w/out traffic, Schools/ Hospital nearby, Airport ( 40 mins w/o traffic ) and Makati (30mins w/out traffic).

Great place! Excellent location, close tolocal transport; Very neat and tidy place and well organized for guests! Excellent facilities especially badminton courts and pool. Shower needs a door preferably, or perhaps a firmer curtain to prevent water getting onto floor. Security at entrance need to be more efficient eg when arranging for taxi. Overall a very pleasant stay with excellent owner and manager! Will stay there again.

Very nice place to stay. Pleasant, friendly people living in a gated community. I made many new friends. I was very satisfied with my unit. Some minor issues with the appliances but it was taken care of immediately by the owners staff. Very affordable living. Close to major Mall. I Would recommend and I am planning to return next year.
