(Php 15 x Total consumed kWh) Wifi internet access upto 10 MBPS, UNLIMITED USE for only $10 (2 weeks use or equivalent to 15 days) Condo dues is 50pesos/day additional $10/head/day (Php500/person/day) for extra person Cancellation of booking shall be made 14 days prior to arrival to get 100% of your deposit, or 1 week prior to arrival to get 50% of the deposit.

great value for less money....

The place is so fantastic, you dont need to go far to have some activities like spa, bar, malls. Security Guard are respectfull and warm. I wake up each morning with morning sun on my terrace overlooking the animals on the opposite road where Manila Zoo is located and on the right side is the Manila Bay. Its so relaxing... I'll be back on November....

One jeep ride away from my review center/and agency as well as PRC. In fact I would gladly recommend this to fellow Mates who might be looking for a place to stay during their review for upgrades. Unit is very clean and tidy. The Building itself is very secured with dependable staffs. the Owners Mr. and Mrs. Alcazar were very flexible and professional to do business with. The ameneties are great.

Malate is nice area to get

Small apartment, only god for one or two weeks, kitchen not appropriate. Need make up, cleaning and paint. Fix toilet water. Add coffe maker, stove and large freezer. Internet not really available. Positive: Malate is good area and easy accessibility. Swimming pool and area for reception are good, security perfect.

MET OUR NEEDS

Upon arrival the condo suprised us as it was very clean and modern. The owner got in touch with us that evening to check all was well. The space is great for 2 people, A/C working well, kitchen spacious, but with little equipment able to be used.I love a hot shower so I had to be fast as the water was limited at this temperature,but a cold one works well for as long as you want! I found it strange the tv was in the bedroom.....the sofa was facing the bedroom door, so we turned the tv at an angle and had to put the sound up to hear it in the next room, but no big deal, until someone needed a knap.We had an electrical problem mid week, and was sorted straight away between Maintenance of the building, and the owner of the condo.Security at the main entrance were hot on the case too, which is reassuring. The swimming pool on the 6th floor was freezing, but used regularly by the other tennants, so a good place to relax if you dont want to go out into the hustle+bustle of the city. Its also on the road leading to Robinsons mall,(jeepney ride php8 pp,and a 2 minute walk in the opposite direction from the Bay walk. Php150 white taxi from International airport, so dont let the taxis rip you off, coz our guy cheekily asked for php800!!!! Luckily we knew better. Overall great location. Great holiday. All gone too fast!

Great quiet getaway from the busy streets below. Perfect for the person wanting to be in the center of Manila nightlife but not pay hotel rates. Good unit and great owner. A bargain my any means.
