This multi-million dollar property is located off a private road which leads you to a hand-crafted iron gate and the facade of a Moroccan style Palace. Entrance is on the main floor which includes a living room with a Plasma TV, a dining room, two bedrooms with private baths, and a third room with a bathroom near by. Distinctive art from around the world adorns the villa throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with a laundry room including a washer and dryer. A second dining area is located outside on the terrace which overlooks the pool and of course the jungle.

A world-class marble stairwell brings you to the second floor where you have access to the huge sun terrace, as well as private entrance to the Master Suite which boasts a king size bed, large walk in closet, and a very suggesting Jacuzzi tub and bathroom. Take advantage of the sun terrace where you can enjoy nature and watch monkeys swing from palm to palm or watch for the many different birds and wildlife frolicking around you. Pass under the flower covered gazebo which spirals to a multi-level terrace giving you 360 degree rainforest and ocean views. You will feel like you are on top of the world…and you are!

From the outside dining area off the main home, you will find a stone staircase which leads you down through the manicured lawn to the rainforest retreat below where you have a Jacuzzi tub waterfalling down onto the pool. Three gazebos including a kitchen are all accessible for your lounging pleasure. Soak in the sun, relax in the shade, or explore the rainforest behind you on one of the private hiking trails which leads to your own waterfall oasis.

Casa Nova offers daily maid service, an onsite caretaker, and is complete with full concierge services that can arrange activities, private chef, and transportation services.
