Bright, newer home with ocean views for the one on kitchen duty. Perfect locations: three doors to the beach, 1/2 block to the golf course, bike-ride to town and state and city parks.
Two story: living space on second floor with great ocean views. Two bedrooms: one queen, two sets of bunk beds in kids' rooms - adults fit well in bottom bunks. One queen sleeper couch in living room. Washer/dryer, TV/VCR/CD player, charcoal Weber BBQ. Garage - three-car limit.
