Description of the Manzanita vacation home rental

Beautiful home is nestled in a private gated community, only a 20 minute walk to downtown Manzanita and Nehalem Bay State Park beaches. Home backs up to a large green belt, tennis and basketball courts. The Manzanita Golf Course is only 1 mile away.

The 4-bedroom, 2 ½ bath home is fully furnished and can accommodate a large group of up to 15 people. There's plenty of room in the driveway to park up to 6 cars. Amenities include Satellite TV w/DVD, stereo system, and washer & dryer. The great room, with adjoining kitchen and living area, is complimented with a huge fireplace, and is perfect for family activities. Sorry, we don't provide WiFi.

The large outdoor enclosed sun room includes a big propane BBQ & smoker,perfect for grilling and elk watching no matter what the weather. Make s’mores in the spacious stone fire pit in the back yard.

Foosball, bumper pool, and ping-pong tables are located in the extra-large garage along with a full size kitchen sink with disposal and extra freezer. There’s even a sand pit in the back yard for the kids.

Beautiful Home with Great Location

Our family of 10 enjoyed a week stay at this beautiful home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need. We all enjoyed the beautiful back yard, complete with a fire pit for evening gatherings. The outdoor covered patio and BBQ area was a big hit along with the garage that had a ping pong table etc. for the our younger members. The location was great, only a few minutes away from Manzanita and the beach. The only drawback at all would be that the furniture in the main living area could have been more comfortable. Other than that we would strongly recommend this home to other vacationers and would definitely go back ourselves.

Great family reunion location

Just spent a long weekend with our children and grandchildren. Large, well stocked kitchen for food prep. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out, ample beds, lots of activities. Bring your own blankets if you want extras. No wifi, but that just made it more of a vacation! Ping pong, pool and foosball in the garage, fire pit out back, and basketball and tennis just down the street. Beautiful wooded neighborhood. We drove to the beach by the state park - miles of white sand. Close to hiking Neahkahnie Mountain with an incredible view from the summit! Thank you, we love the Oregon coast!

Fabulous!

Our family of 14 enjoyed the wonderful setting that this home provides. With all the fun and games, family members of all ages were able to enjoy this vacation. Even down to the free throw contests on the basketball court. The house is so well equiped especially the kitchen. The beach is only a 5 minute drive away and when it is cloudy on the beach it was nice and sunny at the house. I would highy recommend this vacation rental.

Great Relaxing place

12 of us fit in this house perfectly. It was an absolutely amazing time on the coast with the family. Accomodations are top notch, setting is perfect! Guys hung out in the garage playing ping-pong and the BBQ area relaxing playing cards. Kids played in the backyard and the Mom's relaxed on the patiodining table and living room. Couldn't have asked for a better place for our large family. Jeff is a pleasure to deal with as well. Very prompt in communicating. Needlesss to say, we will be back!! Thank you!

WONDERFUL FAMILY REUNION

This place was great. The house was everything we had expected and more. Well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. Would recommend the house and the area to everyone. Just wish we didn't live so far away. Would go back in a minute. The weather was perfect, the beaches great and the home very comfortable. There were eight of us and we could have entertained several others.

Great for multiple families

A very large house with lots of beds, very well kept, but not so fancy you feel uncomfortable having the kids there. Third upstairs bedroom was very basic, and bunk room was a walk through room. If you are movie people, the tv is small and older, there is cable but no wi-fi. A good vigorous and long walk to beach or Manzanita via trails or side streets. Overall we were very happy with the home.

This house is great for any size of group. The open layout is nice and modern, and can provide space for several people. The back yard is a retreat in itself. I have stayed with several people and only a few and I find it to be so relaxing and homey. Truely my favorite place to stay!
