Description of the Maple Ridge vacation home rental
Executive 4000sqft Home available to rent during 2010 winter Olympics (Feb 1/2010 to Feb 28/2010). Olympic Venues are 25-50 Minutes drive, Whistler is a two hour drive.West coast express very close by, this will take you to downtown Vancouver.
House sleeps 8 comfortably. Three bedrooms (2 with queen bed, 1 with king bed),Den downstairs has a queen size futon bed for two more to sleep , three full bathroom and one half bathroom. House is warm and inviting with an open floor plan ,vaulted ceilings, hardwood and very plush carpet .All bedrooms are large and cozy, two with walk in closets.
, in addition we have a pool table ,ping-pong table,a office fully equipped with computer and two desks,a living room,full kitchen with island over looking the pool backing onto a beautiful green belt,family room also over-looking the back yard.
we have a rec room, a fitness room with a treadmill ,spin bike,bench,dumbbells,and all accessories as well as t.v. In the back yard we have large swimming pool(not heated in winter but could be for extra fee),we have a hot tub,out door gas fire pit ,a trampoline,a deck and barbeque. For parking we have a long drive way that fits 4 cars as well as double car garage with mud room that has washer and dryer
Fully equipped home with washer/dryer, dishwasher, outdoor barbeque, surround theater sound in the family room and wireless internet service (computer is available in the office).
House is in a cul-de-sac in a safe, quiet executive neighbourhood. Public transportation is just a short walk at the end of the street should you decide to fore go driving, possible driving arrangements could be made for extra fee. We are situated close to walking trails,lakes,mountains,golf courses,rec centers and shopping.
No smoking, no pets. $2000 damage deposit required. 50% deposit upon reservation, 25% payable 90 days before rental, 25% and damage deposit payable 30 days before rental. Refund only on damage deposit. Damage deposit refunded on inspection of property at departure.
Rent is 975/day(14 night min) or $25,000 for the full month of Feb/ 2010. Weekly rates can be negotiated. We also have 4 tickets avail. for womens free skate, final medal round feb 25/2010 b level
Area Description
are home is in a private area on a cultisac backing on to green belt. We are surrounded by rivers, lakes and mountains a short distance away. We are minutes from shopping, restaurants and transportation ( westcoast express) this can take you right down to vancouver.
