This unit is on the top floor of a three story building, with elevator. There are two screened sliding glass doors- one in the master bedroom and the other in the living room - from which you may enter your private balcony and enjoy magnificent ocean views with a warm and gentle sea breeze.Take time to enjoy the olympic size swimming pool, tennis courts, 160 foot private fishing pier and 600 foot private white sandy beach.Maximum occupancy is 4 including children.
