Description of the Marathon vacation condo rental

This deluxe two bedroom ocean view condo is located on Key Colony Beach, a small island paradise in Marathon in the heart of the Florida Keys. This unit is on the top floor of a three story building, with elevator. There are two screened sliding glass doors- one in the master bedroom and the other in the living room - from which you may enter your private balcony and enjoy magnificent ocean views with a warm and gentle sea breeze.Take time to enjoy the olympic size swimming pool, tennis courts, 160 foot private fishing pier and 600 foot private white sandy beach.Maximum occupancy is 4 including children.

GREAT PLACE!..GREAT VIEW!

We stayed for 10 days on our vacation from Oregon and loved every minute of this place! The condo is great, was very clean..it could use a new microwave and we thought it would be nice to have a guest book for guests to leave feedback and maybe thoughts on good restaurants and attractions to see..it was a very quiet area and we had a wonderful time sitting on the balcony watching the boats, pelicans, fish jumping, we even saw a school of dolphins playing! This condo has everything needed for your stay, the only other thing we could think of was maybe some lounge chairs for the balcony...we would stay here again anytime and the people at the rental office were very accommodating and friendly!

The condo/resort was clean and well appointed. We especially enjoyed the view with the beautiful ocean view. Pool side was peace full with much of the time shared with less than 8 people, sometimes it was just my husband and I. We did appreciate the helpfullness of the condo manager. Thanks for a great week in the Keys!

It had everything you could possible think of to take on your vacation! It was a quiet, destressing place to spend 2 weeks! We LOVE Key Colony & Marathon! We're coming back next year!
