Fully furnished second floor unit with balcony, updated and well equipped kitchen, linens and beach towels provided. Master bedroom has king bed, second bedroom has 1 queen bed. Dockage available in front of unit with trailer parking on site. 46 inch TV in living room, TV in master bedroom. Wi-Fi/DVD. Refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, coffeemaker, blender. Laundry facility on site. Watch "Charlie" the white heron, hanging around the seawall or the iguanas sunbathe in the mangroves across the canal basin. Catch pinfish from the dock for bait. Flats fishing, small tarpons, trout and redfish. No dishwasher. No smoking, no pets. Cleaning fee $100.
