WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME AND LOVED THE HOUSE.IT WAS VERY CLEAN AND SPACIOUS. THE ONLY THING WE DID NOT LIKE Was the snakes. we saw 6 while we were there and that was 6 too many !! we loved the aguana and the beach . could they do somthing to keep the snakes away? maybe a chemical of some sort. Any way the trip was great and i would love to move there. maybe you could send me some info on the town. rentals (for i would not like to buy because of the taxes & insurance ) any info would be helpful

Beautiful Home and Area

This house is a 10 - extremely clean and like new condition. We wanted for nothing - hot tub, bbq, laundry facilities and a well stocked kitchen. There were some boxes with ceiling fans and towel racks to be installed which will be nice The pool was great for the kids, warm and shallow. The ocean and beach were a disappointment - stopped us from giving it a rating of 5. The ocean is very shallow and "mucky". There was no swimming or boating to be done here. Lots of weeds had washed ashore from previous weeks and they weren't cleaned up. Fortunately, the house is far up from the beach. The kids were still able to enjoy the sand closer to the house and we wet it down with the hose to make some sandcastles! The view is fantastic - beautiful sunsets and sunrises and lots of beautiful birds. The Marathon area is beautiful and offers many things to do. The Dolphin Research Centre was a highlight and we spent an afternoon at a public beach/park/playground in Marathon which was great
