Great Lobster week

We stayed at the house from Aug 2nd thru the 11th and found the house to very clean and comfortable. The downstairs has a very open floor plan and the kitchen is awesome. THe furnishings were in great shape. The property is a point lot with approx 200ft of waterfront but only a dock for 1 boat. If you had a 2nd boat it would have to be tied off the coral wall where davits used to be. Great access to the Gulf and Ocean. I would definitly stay there again.

Large, Terrific Home Rental

2-story house with 4-bedrooms located on gulf side. Conveniently located to vaca cut (within 10mins from house by boat). Large area to dock your boat. In fact, had enough room to dock 2 boats (18-foot and 22-foot). Fish cleaning table with hose next to dock. Enough room at house that we were able ot store both boat trailers on premises. House is well maintained with all conveniences. Negative comments (which are very minor): hedge over-growing side walk in front of house, vegetation partially covering steps by back deck (doesn't look quite as pictured), Owner very nice and accessible by phone and willing to address any problems that we may have had. In summary, I would definitely rent this property again. Of all the sites I've visited, this is definitely one of the best deals out there for large parties to stay in one household at a very reasonable price.

Great house for large family/friends

This house was immaculately clean when we arrived. Downstairs is living area that is large and open, upstairs are the bedrooms. This is good is some go to bed earlier than others. The house has everything you need. We caught Mangrove snapper off the deck every day and even caught small tarpon 3 nights. The owners were very friendly and informative about local restaurants and fishing. It is betweeen the Vaca Cut and Seven Mile bridge on the gulf side. I highly recommend this house.
