The Two Twin Beds are Air Mattresses. The House accomodates 6 people very nicely and can go up to 8 people with a "Bonus" room - which is perfect for small children.
There are only 2 1/2 baths - and the full baths are ensuite.

• Other Fees: $2000.00 Security Deposit (refundable) with all Monthly Rentals, $1000.00 Security Deposit (refundable) with all Weekly Rentals.$200.00 Cleaning Fee for Weekly Rental, $300.00 Cleaning Fee/monthly rental. The Cleaning Fee is for the general cleaning of the entire house -interior/exterior- This is not a "clean-up" fee as Mar Azul is expected to be cleanly maintained throughout rental period.
