The Two Twin Beds are Air Mattresses. The House accommodates 6 people very nicely and can go up to 8 people with a "Bonus" room - which is perfect for small children.
There are only 2 1/2 baths - and the full baths are ensuite.
**Possible consideration for Monthly rentals and small pets.
There is an addtl. Linen Fee of $50.00 for groups (any age) over 6 people.

• Deposits: 50% deposit required for 60 days or less advance booking. 25% deposit with 60+ days booking - with balance due (remaining 25% deposit) due 60 days prior to arrival. Final 50% plus Security Deposit due 14 days prior to arrival.
   
• Other Fees: $2000.00 Security Deposit (refundable) with all Monthly Rentals, $1000.00 Security Deposit (refundable) with all Weekly Rentals.$200.00 Cleaning Fee for Weekly Rental, $400.00 Cleaning Fee/monthly rental. The Cleaning Fee is for the general cleaning of the entire house -interior/exterior- This is not a "clean-up" fee as Mar Azul is expected to be cleanly maintained throughout rental period. A Linen Fee of $50.00 for groups over six people (any age).

SO MUCH BETTER THAN A RESORT!! We spent our 25th Anniversary celebration here and had the time of our lives! We truly enjoyed the beautiful home, secluded back yard & pool, wonderful lush tropical landscaping, and the gourmet outdoor grill. You can pick up some steaks at Publix grocerey store or fresh seafood at the nearby Keys Fishery to make a superb dinner! Mar Azul's middle-of-the-Keys location makes day trips to Key West, John Pennekamp State Park(great snorkel trip), and Bachia Honda State Park(great beach) just a short drive away. Thanks so much for a superb vacation! We look forward to returning!

Wonderful, very relaxing, peaceful seculded setting. The pool and patio areas were very nice and the ocean dock perfect for morning coffee and some fishing. The home was very clean and quite confortable great for family and friends. We truly enjoyed our stay here and most definately will recomend this home to friends looking to stay in the Keys. Only draw-back we found was the limited internet access and while I was on vacation my husband had planned on working a bit. Otherwise Fantastic Home. Only 45 minutes to Key West, what a fun time!!!
