Coco Plum Beach House is accessed by bridge off US 1, mile marker 54.1. Anything that is in the Atlantic Ocean swims past this house. As a matter of fact, the fish swim circles around this island house. The boat put in is 2 canals away.Plenty of trucks & trailers parking space.

The public beach is five blocks away. You can dock (three) 25-foot boats. This prestigious home is on the widest canal in the state 200' across. Clean your fish at the dock while watching the sun sink into the water or better yet, watch the incredible sunsets from the screened in balcony. Another option is the free kayaks, one with see-through bottom to explore these spectacular waterways at sunset or sunrise.
