It’s located in the best place in Marathon, just minutes away from the Sombrero Beach, popular Bahia Honda, stores and more stores. The luxuriously decorated 3 Bedrooms 2 Baths beautiful home features all necessary accommodation for extra-ordinary vacation along with highly equipped kitchen, outside shaded patio that overlooks the canal & 38' deep water dock. Master Size Bedroom offers Queen Size bed and Full Bath. Second luxurious bedroom offers twin beds over full size bunk beds and Third bedroom offers day bed along with trundle. Each bedroom is highly equipped with a wall-mounted TV & DVD Player. Unique property features true Keys tropical atmosphere. Our guests can enjoy morning walks & romantic sunset views on the famous Seven Mile Bridge, just a few minutes away, or relax on the beach chairs near the dock area. The place has everything that our guests require to make their stay,comfortable, reliable and enjoyable.

Deposits: A security/damage deposit of $500.00 is required at the time of booking. The deposit is refundable after after departure following the terms of our agreement. Weekly rentals final balance is due is 15 days before arrival date. Monthly rentals final balance is 60 days prior to arrival date.
Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal Check
Other Fees: Weekly rates from April to August $1,470.00 including taxes and cleaning fees. The rates of the following weeks will be charged at $1,670.00. First week of June, 4th of July week, Mini Lobster week and Lobster season opening week. Weekly rates from September to mid December 1st $1,070.00 including taxes and cleanning fees. Thanksgiving week will be charged at $1,470.00. The first three weeks of December will be charged at $1,470.00 per week. Christmas week will be $ 1,670.00 including taxes a

Nice house. Great atmosphere and outside area. Dock area set up well. Owner was very helpful and gave a thorough tour of the rental property. The property location was good with quick access to the public ramp. Parking was very limited.

This is the most central location you can get in the Keys... Marathon has THE BEST fishing and the best areas to enjoy the ocean and all it has to offer. Clean, beautiful and wonderfully priced. Recommend this to all family, friends and all who see this site. All you need is your boat, rods, suites and some sun block!!!!!! Best family Vay Cay EVER!!
