Description of the Marathon vacation home rental

Kokomo is a wonderful larger 4 bedroom/ 2 bath home on a 1/2 acre lot right on the Gulf of Mexico. This home has spectacular views and sunsets. Each room of the house has Ocean Views. This house can accommodate up to 10 occupants, limit of 8 adults and 2 children, 12 or under. The house has 2 levels. On the lower level is the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom is a King and the other is a King bed and day bed w/ trundle bed (regular twin mattresses) The spiral staircase takes you up to the upper level where the living room and 2 additional bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a King Size bed and the other has a Queen size bed. Outside the large private yard has a Heated Pool, Hot Tub, gas grill and sitting area with lounge chairs and tables and a hammock along the shore to watch those spectacular Keys sunsets.

Prices starting as low as $2100 for up to 4 people for a week in the FALL or last minute.
