Have your morning coffee on the master bedroom balcony. There is a small refrigerator and coffee bar in the master suite. Master bedroom has a king bed; shower and tub in master bath. First guest bedroom has a queen bed. Second guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. Guest bedrooms share full hall bath upstairs. Private carport, washer, dryer, DVD/CD stereo, internet access, 42-inch plasma TV, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops. Private boat slip will accommodate up to a 30 foot boat and is just steps away from back porch. Easy access to the Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic Ocean. The dock has water, electric, ice machine, fish cleaning station, and equipment storage.
