Located just 90 miles south of Miami and 45 miles from Key West, the resort overlooks the Gulf of Mexico with full access to the Atlantic Ocean. You'll have your own private boat dock just steps from your back porch. The Florida Keys are known for the best fishing, diving and tropical reefs in the world.

The villa is fully appointed for everything you will need for your stay.

Welcome To Paradise!

Paradise it sure is. What a great place to enjoy a relaxed winter vacation. The villa was super clean with all of the amenities of home. We wanted for nothing. The owners welcomed us with an extensive gift basket that was over the top. You can tell that in every room, the owners paid close attention to the smallest of details. With such close proximity to anything that we wanted or needed: public beach, wonderful restaurants, supermarkets, sightseeing, fishing or rent a boat.....its all within easy reach. Spent a day at the beach with its breath-taking turquoise colored water. But most of our was spent relaxing and reading poolside and having a cocktail on the deck watching each evening's marvelous sunset with the fishing boats coming and going. We highly recommend this villa and would rent it again.

Sunset Paradise

Spectacular views from every room with a daily sunset happy hour. This was a warm break from winter. Our family vacation was filled with outdoor adventures and good food. a perfect location!! the owners were helpful in their recommendations and providing an immaculate Keys resort. This was paradise right down to the classic relaxed decor and the breezes from the bay at your doorstep. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a getaway with easy access to all the Keys has to offer.

Loved It! Great Place and Owners!!!

We would HIGHLY recommend this rental! The owners were great to work with from start to finish! They provided an extremely quick response when we had a question from the time we inquired about the rental to the day we left. They surprised us with a wonderful gift basket upon arrival with many little goodies that wow'd our entire family! Unsolicited, they even helped us out with a list of restaurants along the way because they knew we were travelling at that time of day...and even highlighted the ones that our children might like. They went so above and beyond! The location was just perfect. We were traveling to the Keys for the first time and Marathon is perfectly situated right in the middle of Key Largo and Key West. The resort itself was incredible! From the moment you enter the beautiful gate and meander along the landscaped drive you feel like you have been transported to a luxurious island get-away. The architecture of the townhomes has so much character and are very well maintained. The unit itself is extremely clean and very tastefully decorated. Our family of 5 (Mom, Dad, 14, 12, & 10) fit very comfortably...we could have even fit Grandma & Grandpa without a problem. The living space of about 1600+ sqft was even further enhanced with a wonderful porch facing the water and porches off of each bedroom. At one point, I was putting away dishes and looked out to see a boat coming in to dock at sunset thinking, WOW...I don't even mind doing dishes when I have a view like this! A particular and silly highlight for all of us was the Margarita Maker! We were able to have a wonderful beverage each day without breaking the bank of having to order at a restaurant. The kids very much enjoyed the non-coholic treat and my 14 year old became a pro at making them. This was quite hit! I felt the pricing for the week was right in line with others available - I did hours of research before booking...and was delighted that this was the right choice! This is an A+ stay that exceeded our expectations and we look forward to going back!

A Family Escape to paradise....

This was great getaway from Miami, with an at home feel. The place has a wonderful Key West feel and spectacular view. You are able to kick back and relax with all the amenities of home. Our favorite part was grilling hamburgers on the outdoor grill and making Smore's for desert. We loved fishing off the peer and relaxing by the pool. This is a great place to escape, disconnect and relax!
