Description of the Marbella vacation condo rental

The apartment is in Costa del Sol of Southern Spain. It is in the town of Calahonda.

Calahonda is right between Fuengiola and Marbella, and is 30 minutes from Malaga Airport. It has easy access to all the sights and activities the area has to offer, including beaches, restaurants, shopping, casinos, night clubs, parks, amusement park and sight seeing.

This is a beautiful, like new, apartment with views of the Mediterranean Sea, the nearby mountains and the next-door Golf Course. The apartment has 3 terra cotta terraces, all with a view. It is contemporary furnished. It has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and one guest bathroom. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed. The guest bedroom has two twin size beds. The apartment has marble floor in every room!

It has a large living room with a wood-burning fireplace, dining area, sofa, chairs etc. and direct access to the large terrace. The largest terrace has outdoor furniture so you can relax or dine both inside and outside. The apartment also has Cable TV, MP3 Player and Radio. The kitchen has refrigerator with freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, water cooker/tea maker, and microwave.

No Smoking. No Pets.

The apartment is situated directly above the large garden/pool area. There are both a large beautiful adult pool and a smaller children's pool. The pools are limited to the complex members. The apartment complex also has a small café where you can also buy milk, bread, wine, beer etc.

Next to the apartment building is a public golf course and the associated clubhouse and bistro. The building is also very close to a very popular sports complex where you can play tennis, racquetball or use the gym. This sports complex also has a terrace bar / restaurant.

The apartment is located in beautiful Calahonda centraly located between Fuengirla and Marbella.
