It is approximately 20 minutes drive from Malaga Airport and enjoys easy access to trendy Marbella, Puerto Banus and further to Seville, Cordoba and Granada. For skiers, the Sierra Nevada is just 2 hours drive.

The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite), living and dining area with open fireplace, covered terrace, 2 additional terraces, fully-fitted kitchen and separate utility room. It will comfortably accommodate up to six people.

Area Description

It is a great holiday villa for the summer, with its inviting pool and proximity to the beaches and the famous white villages of Ronda, Mijas, Seville. Costa del Sol is also known as Costa del Golf and there are approximately 40 courses in the area. The adjacent Cabopino Golf is open to all. A nearby club offers a choice of 12 clay courts for tennis enthusiasts and membership is not necessary. Additional nearby activities include snow skiing in the Sierra Nevada (winter, 2 hours away), hiking, boating, fishing, scuba/snorkel, water ski, horse-riding, theme parks and adventure parks for kids, shopping, restaurants and live entertainment.

Plenty of great activities for kids, wonderful local restaurants with Spanish specialties and tapas bars, golf in front of the villa, skiing in the Sierra Nevada just 2 hours drive away. Trips to Morocco with high speed ferry easily arranged.
