Description of the Marco Island vacation apartment rental

Share our fully equipped 1 bedroom end condo located on the 3rd floor of Anglers Cove resort set in tropical landscaped gardens with a dockside tikki bar.

Our kitchen is fitted out with microwave, stove, dishwasher and utensils, coffee maker etc. for eating in or, if you prefer, visit the Island's many restaurants and bistros catering for just about every taste.

We use the coin operated laundry on the same floor and we supply household linens, paper products, picnic supplies to laze at the poolside or for a visit to Tigertail beach. We keep icepacks umbrella, and beach chairs.

There is a cable TV VCR and hi fi in the lounge and our huge bedroom, with rocker, king bed, and cable TV has ample storage space in the 2 closets

Area Description

Sub tropical Marco Island is the largest of the Ten Thousand Islands just outside the Everglades National Park in South Florida.

Anglers Cove Condos are adjacent to the Marco Bay Marina. Handy for boat or fishing charter, service to Key West or exploring the intracoastal waterways and coastal islands.

The Everglades airboat rides are best in the evening for a view of the wildlife. There are several just off Route 41 towards Everglades City.

For experienced fishermen, boat charters are available from the Tikki bar or full and half day charters for sightseeing trips for sea or backwater fishing or sightseeing trips

The Everglades awaits you and for shoppaholics, visit the Discount Outlets on Marco and Naples for designer ware at everyday prices

Tigertail public beach is reached via Hernando Dv on North Collier Blvd about 1/2 a mile away by car. All day $6 until sunset.

Altogether a fantastic vacation.

Anglers Cove Resort boasts 2 full pools, 3 hot tubs, 2 hard tennis courts and a tikki bar cafe.
