Description of the Marco Island vacation condo rental

PRICES VARY!! cleaning fees season etc This lovely condominium features everything you need for a tropical getaway vacation. Be uplifted by the 23' oceanfront terrace overlooking the white sandy beaches.
These views are simply stunning. Direct oceanfront balcony.
You will be watching the gorgeous sunset from you Marco Island balcony, which are fantastic.
You can watch the dolphins play and the numerous birds including pelicans fly so close you can almost touch them.
The kitchen has been remodeled and features a full complement of modern appliances, including new refrigirator/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, macrowave, and a heavy duty washer/dryer in the condo!
There are three TV's, one each in the two bedrooms, and the livingroom has a 37" flat screen TV. There is a DVD and a VCR player.
There is new tile throughout the condo, which gives it a fresh modern look! JAN 3900 MONTH

Marco Island is world famous for its shelling on the beach. You will come home with buckets of shells for you and your friends. It is truly a tropical island with its gorgeous three and a half mile crecent beach. One of the few in the world. It is a nature lover's paradise.
The Briggs Nature Center features a long walkway where you can see alligators and tropical birds of all kinds.
There is the Everglad Nature Boat tours.
There is the Florida Saltwater adventure trips where you can travel to uninhabited island and find rare and striking shells. Watch live underwater video of stingrays, sea turtle and tropical reef fish.
Families, kids and aducation are a specialty.

Fine condo with great view, needs some upkeep but this does not detract from the fun of Marco Island. Enjoyed kayaking in the everglades and islands, walking the beach, lovely pool, and parasailing!

Beautiful Condo with stunning Views. I stayed with my brother and his wife from Ireland and a friend from Vancouver. We all absolutely loved our vacation. Every day we enjoyed the fantastic beach and collected some lovelly shells. At night we watched the glorious sunsets after dining in one of the many affordable restaurants. We have reccommended it to our friends and will definitely come back again.

WE GO TO MARCO ISLAND FOR IT'S QUIET BEAUTY,WALKS ON THE BEACH, FUN NIGHT LIFE, BUT SOME OF OUR GREATEST ENJOYMENT IS WATCHING BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS FROM OUR OWN BALCONY.THIS CONDO IS CLEAN,COMFORTABLE,AND PERFECTLY LOCATED TO ALLOW US TO ENJOY ALL OF THESE THINGS.

Marco Island is one of the most beautiful places I've been! The Seawinds condo was VERY nicely furnished and surprisingly large! I spent much of my vacation relaxing on the balcony just watching the cloud formations. Reflected by the turquiose blue water and the white sand beaches a new painting was presented every minute! Everywhere I went the local's were amazingly friendly and the food was excellent! I will be back EVERY year!
