Description of the Marco Island vacation condo rental

Beautifully furnished 11th floor residence in the prestigious gated community of Cape Marco. Incredible Gulf and Everglades views from the balcony and direct views of Marco Island from the guest bedroom and den.

The residence has a large master bedroom suite, walk out balcony with spectaculiar views of the Gulf. The suite has a walk-in closet and separate dressing area with vanity and sink. The bathroom has a toilet, glass shower, deep soaking tub and vanity with sink.

The guest room is spacious with a queen size bed, closet and direct access to a shared bathroom. Views are wonderful, overlooking Marco Island and the Gulf coast.

The residence also has a den that can also sleep two people with a pull out sofa. Views from this area look out to Marco Island.

The galley kitchen is fully equipped and isn very functional. The great room is large and has views out to the balcony and the Gulf.

If your a fisherman, you have found the right place...just off our private dock, fishing is great! Also, the dock is equipped with live water and cleaning facilities for your catch.

Privacy is assured on the balcony as no units have visual views of other units or neighboring buildings. Quite unique for a medium rise building. Truly a special location.

Family and Golf membership available at additional cost at Hammock Bay Country Club.

Area Information

Marco Island is south of Naples and the most southern city on the West Coast above the Keys. It is truly a beautiful Island and is not at all typical of Florida. As you cross the bridge and enter Marco, you experience the sensation of being on a tropical island, not connected to Florida. As you may detect, we are not Florida people, but just fell in love with Marco, when we visited it this past February.

The Island is very laid back, with many activities available if you choose. There are many fine restaurants, local watering holes and nightly entertainment. Shopping is somewhat limited, but Naples is only 20 minutes away.

It is a wonderful and safe location, that you will truly will enjoy!

The perfect "time out"

This condo was immaculately clean and well appointed. The view from the balcony was beyond beautiful and inspite of the coldest winter on record for 40 years in Marco, we enjoyed the time immensely and recommend this vacation spot to anyone who loves to relax and play by the sea.
