Description of the Marco Island vacation condo rental

Beautiful Marco Island Gulf beachfront condo at the South Seas Club with southwestern exposure at the legandary three and a half mile, white sand, crescent beach of Marco Island, Florida, next to the Tiger Tail state park. Floor to ceiling sliding doors are leading from all rooms to a tiled and furnished 36' by 6' private lanai, overlooking the large heated pool, beach, Gulf of Mexico, and state nature preserve. You can watch the waves and sometimes even dolphins in the ocean from the sofa inside the mirrored living room, and the sunrise from your master bedroom. The condo is approx. 1100 sq. ft., beautifully decorated, and well maintained. There is an open well stocked kitchen with breakfast bar; dining area with extending table and mirrored bar; beautiful tiled living room with a large curved sectional leather sofa, and a large mirrored wall reflecting the beach and Ocean. Both bedroom got new liminate floors and the guest BR new mattresses. - South Seas is a 55 acre gated community with lush tropical landscaping located near the quiet northern end, next to the Tiger Tail state park. It includes numerous walking paths, 10 clay tennis courts, and boat docks.As guest you have access to all the amenities.
Sorry, the association does not allow smoking and any pets inside the apartments and condo facilities.

Area Information

Marco Island, FL, offers a wonderful array of activities. From the convenient supply of beach activities right outside your condo door to the many recreational and educational opportunities in the area. There are championship golf courses nearby, as well as boating, shelling, fishing charters, parasailing, jet skis, sailing, snorkeling, and scuba diving. The Everglades National Park is just around the corner, where you can enjoy museums, swamp buggy rides, air boat rides, and excursions. There is an endless choice for entertainment and restaurants in and around Marco Island, FL. From live entertainment at the Naples Philharmonic and the local player in both Naples and Marco, to the 20 theater complex in Naples or the Marco Movies where you can enjoy your dinner while watching the latest movies. The romantic fisherman's town of Goodland with excellent restaurants and night entertainment is only a few miles away. Shopping is taken to a new level from the many quaint shops in Marco to the upscale shopping on Fifth Avenue in Naples. Outlet shopping is available right off the Island at the Prime Outlet Mall and if you want something larger, there is the Miramar Outlet Mall in Estero, about a 40 minutes ride.

My husband and I just returned from our trip. Johanna was a delight to work with. The condo had everything we needed. The view from the lanai is beautiful. It was a pleasure to watch the birds every morning. We were happy to discover that there is a city view in between the buildings. We would highly recommend this unit.

My wife and I have stayed at this condo several times and we've always had a wonderful time. Walking each day at the Sand-Dollar beach along the nature preserves was wonderful. The owner is very easy to work with. The unit was VERY clean and the overall complex is VERY well maintained. The apartment has an excellent ocean front view of both the Gulf of Mexico and the pool. There are several good restaurants in the area for almost any taste as well as shopping. We've stayed in some other units in this complex when this one wasn't available and they were not as nice and clean. We defenately like to come back and also would recommend it to our friends.

Awesome Marco Island vacation

Just got back from a week away to beautiful Marco Island. The condo unit was great. Very clean and spacious - there were 5 of us; 2 adults, 1 teen-ager, and 2 children and there was plenty of space for all of us to sleep very comfortably and have plenty of space to relax in. The views were gorgeous. The condo is nicely decorated and the owners couldn't be nicer or more accomadating! My only complaint is we had only one week and we weren't able to stay longer!! We would highly recommend this condo.
