Marco Island's south Beach is beautiful, wide (over 200 yeards), pure white sand with bountiful sea shells, dolphins are very common and the surf is very mild, water temperatures are consistently warmer than in the Atlantic and the temperature is one of the most consistent and best in all of Florida.
South Beach is less crowed and more quiet than the public residents beach 2 miles to the north.
The area is beautifully landscaped, lush and green all year and is impecably maintained at all times. The evenings are very calm and serene with beautiful sunsets and quiet streets.
