Description of the Marco Island vacation condo rental

Our condo offers a Tommy Bahamas decor. This one bedroom one bathroom unit sleeps four, furnished with a queen size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa. A large screen lanai and fully equipped kitchen. The condo is located just across the street from the beach with its own private access. Wireless internet. bicycle rental on site, heated pool, sun deck, exercise room, two social rooms, racquet ball court, shuffleboard court, gas bbq grills, and a coin operated washer and dryer on site. We provide all the extras; 32" TV, DVD,VCR, microwave, full size stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. The beach umbrella, beach chairs, cooler, beach bag, beach towels, sand toys, floats, under cover parking and the hairdryer. All you need to bring is your toothbrush and swimsuit!

Wonderful Time!

The condo was easy to find, easy to check into and very clean and well appointed. Andrew at the real estate company managing the rental was extremely helpful and so pleasant to deal with. The private beach access was just across the very unbusy boulevard and you could be out the door and on the huge, beautiful , white sandy beach in less than two minutes. The pool was clean and well maintained and the poolside barbeques were always available and ready to use. There is a 7-11 just a walk away as well as shops, a cinema and a variety of restaurants. The grocery stores (Winn Dixie and Publix) are a 5 minute drive. I recommend this place highly.

My family stayed at this property for 3 nights. We had a terrific stay. The condo was clean and well equipped. Beach access was directly across the street. The pools was clean and well kept. The availability of beach chairs and toys was a plus.
