Description of the Marco Island vacation condo rental

The beautiful one Bedroom and one Bath condominium is located in Apollo. Its at south ends of Island on 900 S Collier Blvd at 3/4th south of Marriott. Unit is perfectly located at beach and offers BREATHTAKING views of gulf and beach . West wall is slider glass doors. If our guests are in livingroom you just walk out to spacious balcony , they can enjoy the wonderful views . Guests are directly at beach & quick are just a quick walk off the lobby to the beach. Bedroom offers king sized bed and couch pulls out to comfortable queen sized sofa . Unit can comfortably sleep 4 guests . Its well stocked with full sized kitchen which includes oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator , dishes, pots and pans , blender, coffee maker , utensils and much more . Apollo condominium complex offers large heated pool, whirlpool, covered parking, fitness center, 2 tennis court and security. Apollo condominium features an excellent restaurant and bars named as Sunset Grill . Bar was also voted as best happy hour on Marco Island FL . Unit is equipped with flat screen tvs and FREE Wifi.

Unit is non smoking. Its available monthly , weekly . We rent Saturday - Saturday to keep the rentals flowing.

Area Information

The local restaurants will delight your taste buds with their fresh seafood and wonderful Island creations. Enjoy superb fishing, wildlife, shelling, water sports, shopping, golf and idyllic weather. So if it's a romantic getaway for two or a family vacation, Marco Island Florida has what you are looking for.
The Island is 20 minutes south of Naples and 45 minutes south of Ft. Myers. The closest airport is Ft. Myers International Airport but Miami and Ft. Lauderdale are only 90 miles away. Within a few hours drive is Disney World and Key West
The whole Island is 4x6 miles in size and has over 60 restaurants and several grocery stores on the Island.

And after the enjoyable stay , please return the keys and owner will send the deposits back .

The Apollo is a wonderful place to stay. You need a key to get in the building either by car or beachside and to get on the elevator. Very safe. The parking is undercover which is a big plus not getting into a steaming hot car. The building is up to date and clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is close to the end of the beach so it's away from the busy large hotels, plus the dolphins come close to shore due to them heading into the inlet. The restaurant on the first floor is great.

Beautiful view of the gulf and the beach and gorgeous sunsets. Simple but nice condo with complete kitchen that is small but completely equipped. Balcony is great place to sit and have meals. Building is nice and well maintained, with covered parking and a nice pool / hot tub. The beach is broken up shells and sand - gets softer and smoother a short walk north but is very nice anyway. This was our first time on Marco but will be returning and will rent this place again.
