Description of the Marco Island vacation condo rental

Our beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located in the Grandview Condominiums located in the highly desirable south end of Marco Island just across the street from the beautiful Gulf Beaches.

Our unit is completely updated and comfortably furnished with everything that you will need, so you can begin your vacation the minute you walk through the door!!

Our unit is bright and airy with two sliders that can remain open to catch the ocean breezes. The screened lanai offers a peek-a-boo view of the Gulf.

Our complex offers a heated pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, elevator access and an assigned covered parking area.

We provide many items for your use during your stay including the following: 2 bikes, 4 beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys and an umbrella and a wheeled cooler.

Marco Island is a sun-drenched jewel on the edge of the Gulf of Mexico. Here, we have over 6 miles of beaches, beautiful sunsets and great year-round weather. When you combine all of those things together, you'll see why everyone calls Marco Island "paradise".

The south end of Marco Island is known for being a very quiet, relaxing area of the Island with less traffic. You will see alot of walkers, joggers and people riding bikes instead of alot of traffic.

We are directly across the street from the spectacular white sand beaches of the Gulf.

We are also within walking distance of several great restaurants, a convenience store, shopping, a movie theatre and the beach access walkway.

Marco Island has so many activities to offer people of all ages. Activities either on or nearby include: swimming, jetskiing, parasailing, shelling/dolphin watching charters, sea kayak rentals, volleyball courts, snorkeling, diving and fishing charters.

Other activities include: shopping, dining (many with live entertainment), the movies, art museum, bingo, YMCA (you can pay as you go)biking (we provide two), or just a relaxing stroll around the island.

Another great idea are the Everglades Air Boat Tours through the mangroves, which is just 30 minutes away.

Naples, known for its upscale shopping and dining along 5th Avenue is just 20-25 minutes away. Naples also has a beautiful beach with a boardwalk, a small zoo and miniature golfing for the kids.

Some of the local restaurants also have outdoor dining along the water with live entertainment.

• Deposits: We require a $300 security deposit, which is returnable within 21-28 days of your departure, provided there are no damages/repairs.
   
• Other Fees: We require a $100 cleaning fee in addition to the weekly fees.
