We are seeking seasonal renters (60+ days) for our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the quiet and desirable south end of Marco.
Our second home is tastefully decorated with ALL NEW MASTER BEDROOM AND LIVING ROOM FURNITURE. You will sleep like a baby on our NEW KING BED AND QUALITY LINENS. And our large screened in lanai is a great place to relax and have your breakfast, or watch the sunset.
The unit is fully equipped with everything, including WASHER AND DRYER, FLAT SCREEN TVS IN EVERY ROOM, WIRELESS INTERNET AND LASER PRINTER. No need to bring anything but your clothes.
The full floor units in this building have NO COMMON WALLS with other units. So there are WINDOWS AND BALCONIES ON ALL FOUR-SIDES. This quiet, low-rise complex also has a HEATED POOL, BOAT DOCKS AND A SUNDECK on the fifth floor with beautiful views of Caxambas Pass.
If you choose to bring a boat, our new boat lift is available for your use at an additional charge. Or feel free to use one of the many open slips for docking during your stay.
We chose this complex because it offers more comfortable floor space and a sunny layout, with quick access to all that South Marco offers.. A layout like this is more than double the price on the beach
Our small elevator complex, with 15 full floor units is WALKING DISTANCE TO THE BEST RESTAURANTS AND SHOPS ON MARCO INCLUDING THE MARCO WALK, Sunset Grille and even a CONVENIENCE STORE.
We chose Marco Island because it has retained much of the natural island beauty (like Sanibel), but with nearby conveniences of small town living.

|Deposits: A Deposit in the amount of 10% of your total rent (minimum $500) and completed rental application (required by our association) are due within 5 days of agreement to rent. Security deposit is $1000. Smoking in the condo is prohibited. Prepayment of rent for entire term is due 30 days prior to occupancy, or deposit is forfeited.|

Beautifully furnished & very comfortable. Had all the comforts of home. Quiet neighborhood and friendly residents. They made you feel very welcome. While sitting at the pool you could enjoy watching the boats go up and down the canal. The lanai furniture was lovely and comfortable with an island view. We spent a lot of time reading there and occasional cooked our meals on the grill and ate on the lanai. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are returning here again next year for a longer stay.
