Description of the Marco Island vacation condo rental

Wonderful Marco Island Condominium with Gulf View available for the 2013 Season December thru April. This is a well-appointed privately owned One Bedroom unit equipped with a Full Kitchen and comfortable living area with a great beach view for viewing fabulous sunsets. Beach is accessible by a walkway across the street. The Condo features a King size bed in the master and a Queen sofa sleeper in the living area.
Amenities include a Large Heated Pool, Tennis Court, elevator and assigned parking. A pool area cabana features a gas grill for entertaining. Wireless Internet, Cable TV, DVD, VCR, and Stereo are all included.
Shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, (and of course the Beach) are all within walking distance. The Mariott 5-star resort is next door on the beach and provides rental of Hobie craft, wave-runners, and beach para-sailing as well as some great restaurants. Marco Island boasts great fishing, golfing and Everglades National Park nearby.
The unit will accomodate up to four persons. A refundable security deposit is required and the local lodging tax applies. Sorry no smoking and no pets.

Area Information

Our Condominium complex is located at the heart of Marco Island and right across from the Beach! You are within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, movies, and the pristine beach. The Mariott 5-star resort is next door with its own shops, restaurants, piano and tiki bars.

Marco Island residance condo

Everything was perfect. We could see the Gulf from across the street. I particularly liked the nicely heated pool. We met some lovely people. I'd come back again next year
