Description of the Marco Island vacation condo rental

Beautiful beachfront corner condo on the 7th floor, at the South Marco Beach with a large balcony, southwest exposure, directly on the beach of the Gulf of Mexico with a 3 1/2 miles white sand beach.

Area Information

Watching the spectacular sunsets is simply breathtaking. Innumerable species of wild birds, and dolphins swimming close to the beach highlight the subtropical paradise. The Everglades National Park is just around the corner with all it's beauty. Shelling is another exciting activity with so many different shells and even sand dollars on nearby sand dollar island (Tigertail Beach). There are facilities and rental opportunities for any kind of sports activities. Fishing is the best; either from the beach or in the back waters between the many islands. Marco Island has an enormous choice of restaurants ranging from fine dining to fast food. The Sunset Grille restaurant is right on the beach. There is also an abundance of shops to choose from in the area, from Marco's quaint shops to the upscale 5th Ave. in nearby Naples.

There are championship golf courses nearby, as well as boating, shelling, fishing charters, parasailing, jet skis, sailing, snorkeling, and scuba diving, swamp buggy rides, air boat rides, and excursions. There is an endless choice for entertainment in and around Marco Island, FL. From live entertainment at the Naples Philharmonic and the local player in both Naples and Marco, to the 20 theater complex in Naples or the Marco Movies where you can enjoy your dinner while watching the latest movies. The romantic fishermen town of Goodland with excellent restaurants and night entertainment is only a few miles away.

great condo with everything you need for your stay. convenient location with incredible views. only disappointment was to get there and find that they were doing construction on the beach right in front of the condo complex we were in. luckily they finished up in a few days so we were able to enjoy the scenery.

Wonderful apartment and wonderful view

We had a wonderful vacation.The view was amazing, the flat more than we had expected. Everything was just perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was great. One day the dolphins in were so close, it was amazing, we could almost touch them! This is an impression we will never forget. The apartment is fully equipped, no wishes open. We can highly recommend to spend your hollidays here!

UNBEATABLE SUNSETS WITH ALL THE CONVENIENCES

We’ve been privileged to stay in Apollo 710 for five years now and we continue to rebook for the next year. The view is unparalleled with nothing but the Gulf of Mexico and the often groomed beach right below us to see. The facilities are just excellent. The extra bedrooms and bathroom give opportunity to invite our children or grandchildren. The in unit laundry means that rather than taking many changes of clothes, you can throw the few you take in the washer, without having to carry bags of quarters for the coin operated units. The full kitchen permits you to eat in more often. Should you want to eat out, it is just downstairs at the Sunset Grille. To work off or out you can use the extremely well equipped fitness room on the ground floor. The pool and hot tub are excellent places to relax and just have fun. Nothing caps off a day on Marco but the unequalled sunsets right off the balcony with a glass of wine in hand. You’ll find us here every January as long as we are able. Over the years George & Maria have proven themselves to be excellent landlords and have become friends we look forward to meeting each year.

Wonderful month on paradise

We loved our 4 weeks in this condo. So well appointed, up to date, immaculate! The kitchen was so well stocked with pans, plates, appliances. "I could have cooked a Thanksgiving Dinner if I chose to." Linen supplies were wonderful! Washer and Dryer was such a bonus. Of course Marco Island is Paradise. The amenities at the Apollo were wonderful and needless to say the beach was phenomenal! We loved it and can't wait to return....

What a view!

Million dollar view from the balcony! Within the first 1/2 hour of being there we looked out into in the ocean and seen dozens of dolphins swimming around...which just became the norm our entire stay...it was amazing! This condo fit our needs perfectly - 4 adults and two children. Super clean, great location and lots of room. Having the Sunset Grill & Bar in the condo complex was a bonus! Thanks for the wonderful family memories we made in Marco Island.
