Description of the Marco Island vacation condo rental

This lower level penthouse is absolutely gourgeous and the endless views of Hideaway Beach are breathtaking. The penthouse has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and over 2500 sq ft of plush living space. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen tv and a sitting area whether for reading, or just to gaze at the amazing views of the Gulf. The master bathroom has his and hers sinks, vanities and closets. There is a large jacuzzi tub and a walk around shower.

There are 2 guest bedrooms in which both have twin beds and ample closet space. One guest bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom and access to a balcony directly from the room. The other guest bedroom has a desk, in which if you had to bring your work with you, you would also be able to enjoy the ocean views.

The living room offers a flat screen TV, lots of space and direct access to a large balcony with additional seating for outdoor entertaining. The balcony also features a small kitchen area which includes a sink, flat top oven range and cabinets for additional storage. The kitchen has "top of the line" stainless steel appliances and a breakfast nook for the family to enjoy for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner.

Guests have access to the Clubhouse, private beach, 9 hole golf course, spa and many other amenities. Hideaway requires a Club transfer fee of $250 with a minimum consumption of $200 a month. There is also a $100 condo application fee.

THIS IS A 3 MONTH MINIMUM RENTAL. TENANT MUST PAY TRANSFER FEE FOR USE OF AMENITIES.
