Considered one of the Most Beautiful Places in the USA, Marco Island was named Trip Advisors 2014 Best Beach. We are excited to share our piece of paradise with you and your family/friends. This condo is directly on the beach with million dollar south views all the way down the famous crescent beach. The condo was recently renovated from top to bottom and is impeccably clean and has all the comforts of home. The property Is equipped with cable TV, DVD player and high speed interned with WiFi access. In addition the 2 bedrooms and living area are all equipped with flat screen TVs. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, coffee maker, blender, pots pans and everything you could possibly need. Other amenities include exercise room, heated pool, and tennis courts. South Seas is a gated community with beachfront condos as well as condos on canals, the entire property has sidewalks for evening strolls. Beach Chairs and plenty of Beach towels are also available for your use. Finally covered parking is included with plenty of overflow parking for your friends.

South Seas also leases dock space for boaters.
