Description of the Marco Island vacation home rental

This vacation home is a large, luxurious, waterfront home that is located less than one block to Tigertail Beach. It is nicely furnished and fully equipped with all the amenities. Comfort and elegance come together in this fabulous three-story home. It has a mangrove buffer to Tigertail Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED.

The house is air-conditioned and has five bedrooms plus a loft bedroom and three and a half baths. Two of the five plus bedrooms are master suites with separate baths. One of the master suites has a Jacuzzi bathtub, a large shower with several shower heads, and a triple tray ceiling with 9 and 10 foot ceilings throughout the balance of the home.

Ideal for two or more families or couples. This home features a formal entry, THREE living rooms, a dining room, a large kitchen with an eat-in bay window, a utility room, and a lanai (screened-in porch). It also has three oak interior staircases (one of which is a winding staircase) with custom-made newels, oak spindles, and handrails. A vaulted plank pine ceiling and a see-through fireplace are in one of the living rooms with custom-built crown molding, fluted columns, and medallions throughout the house. Plantation shutters and custom-made draperies are also offered.

There are views of the water from both the front and the back of the house. Almost every room has a water view. Enjoy the lush tropical vegetation and terrific privacy by the pool. The pool is south/southwest exposure, so there is sun most of the day at the pool. There is a playground area with swings, forts, and sand for the children and a propane grill for barbecuing. The pool is heated by an electric heat pump in the winter. The pool and playground areas are fenced in. There is a 56-foot dock for fishing.

At Tigertail Beach, there is a much larger playground for the children, a volleyball area, rentals, restrooms, and food available including sandwiches, soda, and ice cream. You are less than a block from Tigertail Beach. Enjoy the miles of beautiful, white, sandy beaches. At dusk, take a relaxing walk to the beach to see the beautiful sunsets or enjoy them by the pool.

We had a family vacation at this location. It was perfect. The property was everything we had hoped it would be. The floor plan was great for our family. The pool was the best for the grandchildren. The home had everything that we needed ;and more. Location was just right. We enjoyed every minute , the only complaint was that the week went too fast. We hope to go back to this location sometime in the future.
