A large, luxurious, waterfront home with views of open water bay, citrus trees and spectacular sunsets from every window and patio door!

This newly painted, tastefully furnished and decorated vacation home has 3 bedrooms, a den and 3 bathrooms, perfect for 2 or more families.

You can enjoy the view of the beautiful water bay from a lovely master suite with king size bed, sliding doors to the pool patio and satellite TV with international channels for your viewing pleasure. Master bath has a large tub with a shower and double sink dressing area with lots of closet space.
Enjoy entertaining in a large open living and dining rooms, adjacent to a large covered outdoor veranda with a dinning table, barbeque grill and more glorious views of the pool and magical sunsets. The kitchen comes equipped with all necessary appliances, space to eat at the counter and all the dishes, pots and pants you ''ll ever need. Relax by the fireplace in a very comfortable family room. The sleeper sofas in both family and dining rooms offer additional capacity for the guests.

There are two guest rooms - one has a queen size bed and the other has 2 twin size beds with large closets and a guest bath just down the hall. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, and they are well appointed. A den has sleeping for one more person or just use it as a playroom for the children.

The patio has a large pool and it is a great place to suntan and enjoy the scenery. This home is on 190 ft. of waterfront so you have one of the most incredible views facing southwest. You can fish off the pier or bring your boat right to the dock.

The house has a 2-car garage, full laundry room and all the towels and linens are provided for your convenience.
The house is very quiet and private, located on a tip lot, all the way at the end of a lovely street.
It is only a short drive away from the best beaches, shopping, supermarket, tennis courts and gulf course.
