Welcome to our MARCO ISLAND WATERFRONT home located near the BEACH. Our home offers 3 bedrooms, each with hardwood floors and TV, 2 1/2 baths, BILLIARD room with TV and futon bed. Tile floor in the living room with a 60' TV, DVD/VCR and leather reclining furniture, formal dining for six, fully equipped kitchen and dinette for four. The spacious lanai with a HUT TUB, BBQ grill, sitting area, dining table and TV. The private deck with a full-sized POOL a squirting dolphin fountain, lounge chairs and dining tables. The spacious DOCK that is perfect for fishing or sipping a cocktail while watching the spectacular SUNSET, offers a cleaning table, dining table, bench and access to the Gulf of Mexico on boat. The patio offers a picnic table, wood chimney and a basketball hoop.
