Air-conditioning, washer/dryer, single story. Our Marco home is nestled on a quiet block only minutes away from Marco's infamous white sand beaches. Dense walls of mature, beautiful tropical foliage surround the lanai-enclosed pool area and front entry for true privacy and a personal getaway. The pool illuminates in the evening and is completely open to the dining area and great room by a huge 3-panel sliding pocket door. The brand-new custom kitchen features granite counter tops, Bosch appliances and a side-by-side refrigerator-freezer. The center island has a stainless steel sink and dining area. The gourmet kitchen is a cook's dream...if you decide to cook despite all the fabulous restaurants so nearby!
