Enjoy luscious long water views from our 4 bedroom 3 bath luxury water front home. The luxurious Master bedroom has king size bed with views of the waterway. The 2nd bedroom has a queen and the third has 2 twin beds(add 4th bedroom .Within a few minutes you can be in the Gulf of Mexico From our butiful boat dock Our fully screened lanai has an oversize , heated pool. We have a 2 tier lanai; one for dining and grilling with an out door kitchen and the lower lanai with deck chairs for lounging around the pool and tanning. All of our bathrooms come with all the linens you will need as well as all the bedrooms. also has a bathroom outside on lanai).



Our recently remodeled gourmet kitchen has all the appliances and comforts of home. It is fully equipped with everything you need for private dining or entertaining. There is a table for 4 and a breakfast nook for 4. We also have a formal dining room for your fine dining. We can also supply some baby items (ex. high chair, etc.) for your convenience. We have a laundry room with washer and dryer and also iron and ironing board.



We are located minutes from the beautiful white-sand beaches where you can swim, tan, go shelling, rent boats, para-sailing, jet-ski and much, much more. We are located close to Naples (10-15 mins.) where you can shop and dine at the posh Downtown Naples. We are a short drive or walk to restaurants (from casual to formal), shopping at the Esplanade and strolling the lush beaches.. All this can be found on the island itself. We are only 10-15 minutes away from the outlet stores and only 1 1/2 hours from beautiful South Beach Miami. From our island you can cruise to Key West; it leaves everyday at 9AM and returns to Marco Island at 9PM. While on board in the morning you can have your breakfast and on the return you can enjoy your dinner. The cruise is beautiful and relaxing both ways.


If fishing is your forte'; you can fish right off the private dock in the backyard. Or you can charter a boat and go deep-sea fishing. On the island we are a short drive to a movie house like no other. Our local cinema is set up like a dinner theatre. You can dine, have drinks (wine, beer, soda); all this while watching your favorite actors on the screen. Truly a lovely experience!

We also have on the island 18 hole golf courses, 50 local restaurants and all the beach and water activities you could want. With all these activities you may never want to leave our island. Marco Island and our home is truly a Tropical Paradise!
