Beautiful property - 5 Star accommodations!

We had a wonderful 12 day stay at the Inlet Estate! The house was incredible and bigger than we expected with room for 10 people and room to spare! Everything was immaculate.. so much attention to detail and all that you need to live as you would at home and better!! The communication with the property manager was great - Atumn was always available to answer any queries and the administration of the payments and rental were handled efficiently and professionally - with a very " warm" touch. I have used Vacation rentals before and continue to be impressed by what you can get. I always refer to the comments section and hope that anyone reading this one can be assured that this is a great rental. I would say the only issue would be if you were someone who didn't like to use the stairs a lot ( even though there is an elevator - we did not use it except once or twice ), you have to know that the main family room, dining room , master bedroom & kitchen are on the very top floor... but that also means beautiful views looking out 2 sides of the house. Barfield Bay in the morning and at sunset is lovely! Don't hesitate to stay at the Inlet if you want to feel like a local from Marco Island! The beach and many nice restaurants ( don't miss Joey's Pizza or the fish tacos at Quinn's on the beach !! ) are approximately 10 minutes away by car. ENJOY!

I can not begin to say how much my family of 12 enjoyed the Inlet Estate. The Kitchen was well equipped. It had everything you would need to cook with and plenty of dishes and glasses. My grandkids absolutely loved having access to the pool, morning noon and night. The adults loved that it was screened in, so no worry about bugs. When it rained there were plenty of games there to entertain the whole family. We rose every morning and sat on the third floor deck and watched the sun rise over the water. It was awesome! We loved the double shower in the master bedroom and the jetted tub. There were plenty of beach towels for the beach and also water toys. We had plans to use the grill, but never got around to it. It was nice to know that it was there. I think the one thing we enjoyed must of all was having a well equipped laundry room. It's good to know that you don't have to drag heavy suitcases across the country, or tote clothes to the laundry mat. Would we go again? Yes, without a doubt. From ages six to fifty-eight we all loved it.

"Beautiful Home - The Place to Stay!"
"If you are coming to Marco Island, this is the place to stay! We (4 adults + 4 kids) stayed here the last week of February 2010. The house is HUGE and easily accommodated all of us. It is hard to get a sense of the vastness of the house just from the pictures. There are 3 floors with the main living area (living room, kitchen, dining room and master bedroom) on the top floor. As big as it is, it will quickly become "home" during your stay. The house was immaculate and very well maintained. The decor is laid back and comfortable. There are many games, books and legos for the kids to play with in their own living room. Pool area is big and a great space to hang out. Morning coffee on the patio overlooking the bay was such a treat - beautiful sunrises. The night skyline of Marco is stunning to the front of the house. Jed was the perfect "host", so easy and nice to work with. Any questions we had about the house or Marco area he answered promptly. Fun things to do: Beach, beach, beach - 5 min drive. Rent a boat from Rose Marina (shelling + dolphin watching). Drive to Naples for shopping and many restaurants. The Inlet Estate is a wonderful place to stay. We highly recommend it!!"
