This new 4500 sq ft four bedrooms& den, three bath home is 300 yards from Tigertail beach. It has its own private tennis, bocce, basketball courts, shuffleboard and children's playground. The oversized lanai has a heated pool, SPA & summer kitchen. Additional features include a formal dining room, great room with entertainment center, flat screen TV with DVD player and changer, centralized sound system throughout the house and lanai, and upscale kitchen.
