Description of the Marco Island vacation home rental

Newly constructed in 2005-2006, this two thousand four hundred square feet are all wooden flooring, fully
furnished and tastefully decorated by the owner with her paintings and murals. Tita is a very reconogized
artist at the area. The house serves as our residence when we are on the island.
Hugh master bedroom with king size bed, private large bathroom with shower and large soaking tub. There is a second master bedroom, a queen bedroom and a two single beds in the fourth room. One large bathroom with tub separates these two bedrooms.
In the morning you can enjoy your breakfast on 2nd floor screened lanai or have a relaxing afternoon on a large front porch. The new oversized swimming pool has heater and 9 ft jacuzzi next to the woods.
Relaxing evenings in the winter time in front of a real fire place, chilling on a very comfortable sectional sofa.

Nestled around a preserved view that peeks through every window. You can sit back on the hammock,next to the pool, and hear the sound of nature at its very best , because you are on a corner of the jungle.
In your back yard you have your own path to the ocean just walking 300 feet through the beatiful mangroves. Then you will find your own secret spot to get lost fishing.

Area Information

This beautiful Floridian home is the ideal spot for a relaxing fishing vacation. Unlike most rental homes on Marco Island, this one is spectacular!!!!!!
It is blocks to a major Marco shopping center with excelent
restaurants, Publix, Dollar Store and a fine wine and liquior store.

You have found your own little piece of paradise. This home is like no other on Marco. It's not just a house it is a home. Tastefully decorated with paintings done by the owner. The home had everything you will need for a perfect vacation. Heated electric pool and spa with the coveted southwest exposure, pool toys, beach toys, beach chairs, coolers, bikes, cooking utensils, wireless internet (printer/scanner), screened deck, fenced back yard, and more privacy than you could every ask for. No visible neighbors but yet you are short drive to the beach and walking distance to the grocery store, small shoping mall and restaurants. We stayed here during unusual cold/windy weather for Marco and still enjoyed warm, windy free days by the pool. The pool area is completely enclosed by trees which serve as a great wind break and privacy bearer. In addition, a short walk through your own nature trail brings you to a non-commercial, non-residential bay. Kayak provided. If you have any needs, Tom and Tita are a phone call away. We have been coming to Marco for years and have been looking for that perfect location. So relieved I don't have to spend hours, days, months looking for a place to stay any longer. Thanks for everything, we had an amazing week!
