Large 3 bedroom, 3 bath plus den home in the desirable River area offering fast boating access to the open water and the 10,000 Islands. Your master suite offers privacy and pampering in the spa-like bath area with a large garden bathtub and a separate shower. All bedrooms have lanai access & the extra large guest bedroom has total privacy. The guest suite includes a large bathroom plus the pool bath. The open living, dining, and family rooms all have large sliders that also open to the lanai so the whole home can be enjoyed inside and out for entertaining and fun in the pool and over-sized lanai. Boating enthusiasts will enjoy the use of a 10,000+ pound boatlift and direct access to the Gulf!

AWESOME vacation

This was the first time we stayed in a rental for one month, and it was better than we expected. The house was spacious and well supplied. We had two King bedrooms which is hard to find, and the third bedroom had 2 twins. The screened lanai had a grill, lounges and dining set. The pool was crystal clear and the perfect depth. The third bathroom had a tiled shower which you could access from the lanai. we were right on the canal and the boat lift was an added feature. The only thing I would change is the sofa in the living room. We are still planning to return next year!
