Description of the Marco Island vacation villa rental

Enjoy Marco Island in style in our contemporary, well-decorated villa. This custom home has a large, open floor plan with very high vaulted ceilings and crown moldings that give the home the luxurious feeling of your own personal getaway villa.

The home is designed for indoor-outdoor living, with sliding glass doors from four different rooms leading to a spacious, screened lanai and heated pool with a waterfall. In addition to a large, well-appointed kitchen with its own dining area, there is a separate living room, dining room, family room and den.

Six to eight can use this home comfortably. It features a split floor plan with a master bedroom suite and bath with its own sliding glass entry to the lanai and pool. The master bath has a large closet, double sinks, bathtub and a separate shower. A separate suite is composed of two bedrooms and a bath with its own entrance to the deck and pool. In addition, a high-end sleeper sofa is in the den, which can be closed to the rest of the house. All told, it has 2,250 square feet under air.

For entertainment, there is a 46-inch Sony Bravia HDTV and a Sony Blu-ray player in the family room. There also is a DVD/tape player in the family room entertainment unit. HDTVs are in each bedroom and the den. Secure high-speed internet service is provided throughout the property.

Most of your time probably will be spent outdoors on the screened lanai, which is furnished with a large glass-top dining table and six chairs. The lanai has a wet bar and a Weber gas grill. It also has several chaise lounges and large chairs, a good place to read a book and/or watch the children while they are in the pool.

Rip-rap along the seawall provides lots of niches and natural food for the many fish that populate the waters of the Ten Thousand Islands, of which Marco is the largest. Fishing rods are located in a rack in the garage.

The wide, white sandy beaches of Marco Island are the draw for most visitors. Finding a comfortable home like this will make your stay a wonderful vacation.

Area Information

Tigertail Beach, outstanding for bathing, birding and shelling, is a 5-minute drive from the house. South Marco Beach is 15 minutes away. Rookery Bay bird sanctuary is a short drive up Rt. 951. Marco’s main shopping area is a short ride away.

Perfect place for us!

Comfortable, quiet, spacious, well-lit, close to everything! We enjoyed the deck, the grill, the pool, the flat screen/cable t.v. and DVD player. Easy drive to South Marco Beach and Tigertail. Plenty of nearby restaurants and golf (in Naples..but close). Can fish off the back too. We had a great time!

Staying at this lovely home was absolutely amazing. It was everything we wanted out of our winter getaway and more. Very clean and well kept, it truly felt like a home away from home. John and his team are excellent to work with and were very helpful in attending to everything and anything we required during our stay. The home is well kept and the pool was a joy to have. The home is perfectly situated on Marco Island close to everything you need. We are so glad we went with 340 Capistrano court and look forward to returning back!!

We spent 7 days in florida. The weather was fantastic and the home we stayed in was the best. The pool was perfect and the location could not of been better. We would choose this house again.

Fantastic villa, Fantastic location, Fantastic holiday. The villa was everything we were expecting and more, very clean and had everything we needed, We had excellent communication with the owner. Its location is excellent, just a few minutes drive to the beach, lovely restaurants and the shops, Marco is a beautiful place . have fun and wade across the lagoon at Tigertail beach then have lunch at the Snook Inn or laze on the perfect south beach and have your evening meal at Captain Briens, We went to miami for the day (takes about 2 hours) but to be honest Marco island was nicer, CANT WAIT TO COME BACK

The house was very clean. The kids spent countless hours in the pool. The house is located just a few minutes from the beach, shops, and restaurants. Overall, excellent location, clean, friendly neighbors. If I had a boat it would have been best vacation ever.

Date of Stay: February 2012: When we arrived at the house it was very clean and beautiful. We had 2 weeks of perfect weather. My family spent every day in the pool and made trips everyday to the beach. The house is located in an excellent location on the island and the shops, resturants and beach were all just minutes away. I would recommend this home to anyone. The neighborhood was clean and the neighbors friendly. The grounds were maintained as well as the pool. The fishing was excellent! Date of Stay May 17, 2011. We really enjoyed our vacation in Capistrano Court. The house is spacious, very well-maintained and clean. There is plenty of seating inside and outside. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with anything you need to cook and we enjoyed many barbecues with fresh seafood under the Lanai thanks to the great gas grill. The owner was very responsive and professional all throughout the process.we definitely recommend this charming place for a getaway for friends or family. And of course the weather is warm and sunny every day. It was the perfect break from all the snow and ice. It is a magical place and the perfect winter get away. Thanks for a great vacation. We used the entire house. The office den with a pull-out sofa was perfect for our grandchildren. The kids especially enjoyed Tigertail beach, the playground, the beach, everything. And the shells they collected were amazing, especially for kids from western Massachusetts.

Thanks so much for letting us stay in your home. We loved the open, airy feeling of the house. We spent a lot of time on the patio, enjoying our meals and the pool. We look forward to returning next year, perhaps for a longer visit.
