The dramatic open floor plan features 12 foot tray ceilings, all tiled floor and large pocket glass slider doors that open into the screened lanai where a beautiful, large swimming pool awaits you. The house features granite countertops, stainless steel fixtures and appliances for that modern look. WE HAVE HIGH SPEED INTERNET.
The stunning water view of the Landmark Waterway across the street will allow you to relax and read a favorite book in our cozy formal living room/den. There is a formal dining for your distinguished guests. The large great room provides all your entertainment needs as you relax in our brand new, soft leather sofas. Overlooking the pool through a set of large glass windows, the breakfast room and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances offer everything you need for your daily use. This house can comfortably accomodate 6 people maximum. There are three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The master has a king bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds and the guest suite has a queen bed. Your kids in the lanai can be supervised from all the main rooms. Great house with lots of amenities. Well located although you need a car for groceries. The pool was perfect for us with our young children. We really enjoyed our stay,in fact it was much too short.

Our stay was very nice. The property is well maintained and has all of the amenities. It is situated within easy walking distance of numerous restaruants and the beach. Probably most impressive is the quietness of the neighborhood and the island in general. We cooked more than half of our meals in and found two Publix markets with everyting we needed. Eating out was easy as the restaurants were only three blocks away and this included a great breakfast place. Part of our group went to the comedy club which is also a good seafood restaurant. We highly recommend this property.

Everything like was promissed,was there and much more to enjoy the Marco Beach. The unit # 910 at the Apollo was tastefully done,great view,and wanderful Landlord and mangement to deal with,very pleasent people, We will highly recomand this any time of the year,we plan to visit again. This is our second year at this villa - it is superbly equipped and a great place to stay. Everything you need for your vacation is there. Our two kids (6 & 9) had a great time in the pool. It really feels like a home from home and makes sure you can relax and enjoy the vacation.

This home was perfect for our family! It was a wonderful layout and beautifully decorated. The pool was great! We loved being able to watch the kids from the kitchen! You thought of everything. The kitchen was very well stocked! We hope to return next year!
