Description of the Margaretville vacation home rental
Relax and refresh in the peaceful wooded setting and abundant fresh Catskill air. Take great hikes starting at the front door or throughout the Catskill Park. Our quiet winding road runs through the valley with majestic mountain views. It is a short ride to the center of Roxbury, Margaretville or Andes. You will be in a completely private sitting yet full-time neighbors are hidden nearby. Main floor includes three bedrooms and a large fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Grill out or cook in. There are two & a half bathrooms, one with a steam shower. The lower level has a playroom, workshop, half bath & washer/dryer. Enjoy our antique board games, HD TV & full Internet access. The serenity of the woods will refresh you as you delight in its many charms.
Area Information
Our quiet winding road runs through the valley with majestic mountain views. It is a short ride to the center of Margaretville or Andes. Close by is Bellayre Mountain, in the summer offering its reknowned Music Festival and Plattekill Mountain offers Extreme Downhill Biking and many other activities in the spring, fall and summer months. The surrounding area also offers golfing, country auctions, fine dining, fly fishing, spa services and lots of country peace and relaxation. Several rivers offer good kayaking and tubing.
