The spacious apartment has 3 double bedrooms with Built-in-Cupboards, 2 bathrooms, a study nook, spacious lounge/dining area, a new granoite topped kitchen with glass top stove, microwave, big fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher etc. High quality crockery/cutlery. Dining/lounge area and all 3 bedrooms have ceiling fans. Two very big glass sliding doors, from the main bedroom and from the lounge/dining area, lead onto this very big patio. The patio has an unspoilt view of 180 degrees over the Indian Ocean, and is a mere 100 meters from the beach in front of the establishment, and only 150 meters from the main Blue Flag protected beach of Ramsgate. Furniture and decorations are a cut above the rest. For your private use, a stainless steel BBQ is provided to cook meals on the patio. It is also equiped with a big oval table and 6 chairs. Cuahions provided for loungers and chairs on the patio, as well as a big patio umbrella. The unit is satelite (Dstv-connected). Just bring own smart card/decoder/remote and cable(s), or rent locally at a small fee. This will be arranged by the Owner. Lounge has colour TV, HiFI, DVD and CD player. The property is clean, neat and in well maintained. sub-tropical gardens. There is a communal swimming pool, lapa and BBQ facilities in the gardens. Full laundormat on site. Under cover parking for one car in the building, but ample safe parking for more cars on site. Safety and security excellent. Built-in lock-up safe in Main bedroom. Linene/bedding provided and unit is cleaned once weekly.l Filtered drinking water in kitchen and electronic insect protection in establishment. This self catering establishment is very close to all amenities, ie. Shops, shopping malls, cinemas, fishing, canooing, surfing, swimming, various good restaurants, Wild Coast Casino (half an hours drive), hospital etc. You have a private, secury access to the beach.

Being in the sub-topical part of South Africa, the vegetation is lush and green throughout the year. The temperatures therefore is never really cold, except for a few days in June/July, when the world famous Sardine run is taking place.
