Description of the Maricopa vacation home rental

LOCATION: Maricopa just south of Phoenix, 30 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport so on the edge for adventure and Nature but still close enough to down town Phoenix. Maricopa is a very safe and friendly town
ACCOMMODATIONS: Newly furnished 3BR 2300 sg ft house plus large loft and extra den downstairs,with new hardwood floors downstairs Sleeps 8 easily Ideal for large families or couples. The master bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite,separate shower and tub and walk in closet. The other 2 bedrooms have queen size beds and the loft has a 2 pull out sofas for extra visitors. There are 3 TV's with 2 smart TV's connnected to Net Flix for free movies. The smart TV upstairs is interchangeble to the other BDR or loft The kitchen and laundry room are well equipped for your convenience.
The house is connected to cable TV, Satellite and Internet with access to FREE LONG DISTANCE CALLS without computer hookup.. Bring your computer for easy access to the internet for browsing the area.
We also have a local serviceman available if you have any maintenance required while at our home.
The full recreation facility is available for your enjoyment with key access. There are two pools, ONE heated all winter from Nov 1 til Mar 30. It is also a lap pool but ideal for small children with a 3 ft end. Fitness centre,large playground,Tennis and Basketball courts,numerous parks and picnics areas. Great biking and walking paths through out the area.

Area Information

The Villages at Rancho El Dorado are in the beautiful town of Maricopa 16 miles south of Phoenix (Chandler area) on Interstate 10 towards Tuscon then south on 347. This leads you away from the congestion of Phoenix near the old cowboy town of Rawhide which has excellent dinner shows. From here you can see Arizona.
Golf courses are close by with The Dukes in the next subdivision. The are many economical as well as high end courses so not limiting your choices.
Your choice of professional sports teams from hockey to baseball, basketball and football. Tickets can be ordered through Stub Hub that are quite reasonable for the Phoenix Coyotes, Phoenix Suns, Arizona Diamondbacks and Cardinals. Nascar racing is just south of Maricopa.
There are many attractions nearby: Parks, Zoos, Botanical Gardens, Biosphere, Old cowboy towns such as Rawhide close by and Tombstone near Tucson, Hiking trails and old ghost towns to explore.
We have started a book with places of interest to eat and play that is in the house.

This rental is as described in the Vacation Home Rentals site and really is a gem of a rental. The house was large, well equiped and clean. The outdoor space was walled and was equiped with a gas BBQ and patio table & chairs.The bedrooms were very roomy and the beds comfortable .The owners were great to work with and certainly did not mind questions being asked about the rental property.We would not hesitate to rent this property again when going to Arizonia.

Fantastic Vacation!

We wanted to thank you for the wonderful accomodations. This home was perfect for our week's vacation we had the last week of November. It was amazing. The weather was so perfect. We had 78 to 80 degrees farenheit all week. Your home was so cozy and inviting because of the warm decor. The main living area i really loved because of the open concept. Great back yard and we enjoyed being able to sit out on the patio. Although we didn't have time to go to the pool or play tennis we did go see the facilities and kinda wish we would have found the time. But we were busy touring the area as there is so much to see. Maricopa is such a nice community. I loved the fact that Fry's grocery store was minutes away and was so convenient for getting groceries and such. So many choices in the area of great restaurants. There are 2 casinos nearby and lots of golf courses. We took a day trip to Sedona which was a little over 2 hrs away and I must say were mesmerized by the beauty. We also did a trip to the Grand Canyon which was further away but so worth the trip. We loved our trip to Arizona and we only wished we had taken two weeks instead of one as there was so much more to see. I guess we may need to rent your place again next year. I can only say that I wouldn't hesitiate to highly recommend this "home away from home" to anyone and Arizona is a surely a great place to vacation. Thanks Dennis & Sharlene.
