Dolphin Apartment is located in Pozzallo, in the province of Ragusa, the only country in the south eastern Sicily to rise almost to the sea. The Apartament is at 70 meters from the heart of the new waterfront Pietre Nere, the most popular tourist area of the city, which has a high interest to both the reporting and for long walks every day and night.
The beach promenade, ideal for children, is composed of golden sand, is characterized by 100 Mt in width and this allows you to carve out space for relaxing or even more crowded during the months of July and August
From our structure is not necessary to use the car because you have all the facilities like restaurant, shops, pubs, within 350 meters.
The sunny weather almost year round, allows you to take the sun on the beach, from April to
October. Ideal vacation for the people that love sea, beach and beautiful cultural and gastronomic sightseeing in the Noto Valley to discover the Sicilian Baroque, Syracuse, Etna and Island of Malta.
Apartment of 110 square meters, located on the first floor, offers a wide room with large window that has access to the balcony, a bedroom with bunk beds, a single room. The bathroom, with bath and shower, looking in particular, comes with a hair dryer, washing machine and stretch linen. Living Room, very spacious with a large window that goddess access to the balcony has a sofa and two armchairs. The kitchen is equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, dishes, coffee maker, refrigerator, television.

Area Description

Pozzallo, the only common maritime in Province of Ragusa, is the second Italian town where the sun beats with greater intensity and for several days each year: Sources ENEA. It is also one of only 4 countries in Sicily to be awarded the Blue Flag since 2002, obtained title to the quality of the sea, the coast quality, service and environmental education.
The country is a real terrace overlooking the Mediterranean, just 60 minutes from the island of Malta, with latitude 70 km below Tunis, is extremely comfortable and well cared for. The public beaches are composed of golden sand and are particularly wide and long. The country is also full of squares, green, bicycle lanes and pedestrian areas. There are many restaurants that cook typical Sicilian recipes to fresh fish. Rich Bar, ice cream shops, pubs and shops that allow you to shop 365 days a year. The Port and tourist trade can make daily excursions by catamaran for Malta. the brand new Waterfront “ Pietre Nere” is the area of the city with a strong tourist attraction, both for bathing and for daily walks and evening. The famous Tower Cabrera, a fortress built in the fifteenth century, which served both to estimate the sighting of a pirate sailing ships for the defense of the "loader", is today the symbol of the city and destination for many tourists.

The island of currents, the most southern tip of Sicily, where you can admire the meeting between the Mediterranean Sea and the Ionian Sea, just 20 min.

"Not having heard much about Pozzallo, we were not too sure what to expect, but both the resort and the apartment were lovely. The beach in Pozzallo is one of the best Ive ever visited and is around two minutes walk from the Dolphin Apartment - the town itself around 5 mins. There are some excellent restaurants and bars in Pozzallo and very few British tourists! The apartment is spacious, with a well furnished double bedroom and a lovely bathroom - it would suit a couple or a young family, as it can sleep up to 6 if necessary. The landlord, Saro, went way beyond the call of duty and was amenable, hospitable and extremely accommodating, lending us his SatNav and buying us a kettle, (Grazie, Saro). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone...."

Pozzallo, which Arab traders called the well on the seaside (because of the fresh water wells found on its shore), is a hidden paradise on Sicily's south-eastern point in the province of Ragusa and barely an hour from Siracusa by car, bus or train. The 12km of sand and dune are the obvious attraction for sun-lovers. The blue sea with its calmness in the morning and wildness in the afternoon is perfect for the casual floater and the experienced swimmer. Sand, sea and sun. A Blue Flag beach since 2002, Pozzallo is a supreme seaside town, but that would only tell part of the story. Five minutes tells the real story. The beach is five minutes from the apartment, the centre of town is a brisk five minutes walk, and if you know the way the railway station is also a five minute walk. Everything is close. In five minutes you can, from the local shops, buy fresh fish, fresh vegetables and herbs and fruit, fresh pasta, fresh meat and if you want supermarket food it's round the corner, up the hill to the main road - in five minutes. If you don't want to move a muscle, you can buy all kinds of food and essentials from the roaming street traders. You'll hear them before you see them. You want an ice cream? It's less than five minutes to the nearest gelateria. And, just before you go to bed, if you want to see the sun set, the new esplanade (the pride of Pozzallo) is a stone's throw away. This is the great appeal of this apartment, which in itself is a good advert for Pozzallo and a credit to the landlord, who is always helpful. Sparsely furnished with just the essentials, clean and airy, marble tops and wooden tables.
