Villa 'Cellana is included in a refined residence where there are about seventy villas, immersed in the nature. The residence is 150 metres to the beach where people can meet friends and enjoy themselves. Here there are umbrellas and deck-chairs for rent. Near to the residence there are pizza-shops, restaurants, bar, pub, riding school, one supermarket (open from 15/6 to 15/9/08, 1km away is the country Torre San Giovanni with supermarkets open all year).
The villa is also near a pine-wood where there is a good perfume.
It has 1 kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer, tableware, TV and sofa bed, 1 passageway with bunk bed, 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower. The villa has also a big garden with trees, shower, wash-basin, barbecue and parking-place. Linen provided and toilet linen provided.

Area Description

Marina di Ugento is one of the most evocative beaches of Salento. The white sandy beach develops on a lot of kilometres. It is surrounded by suggestive dunes and a rich and luxuriant vegetation. It slopes gently to the crystal-clear sea which alternates green and light blue colours like in a tropical landscape and it is an ideal beach for families with children or for those who just like to stroll along the beach. The sea of Ugento is rich of history: on its famous sand-banks a part of Pirro 's float was wrecked. Today you can find wreckage of ancient ships and amphorae in its sounding-depth. The docks, the pinewood, the scrub and the coastal dune which extends from Torre San Giovanni to Torre Pali constitute an ecological group of botanical, faun and landscape interest.
