Description of the Marmaris vacation apartment rental

The property is located on a gently sloped area which provides stunning views of the Marmaris Bay. There are 6 residential flats in the building and each occupied seasonally. Our unit has 3 floors. Entry floor is for entertainment and kitchen. The bathrooms(2) and bedrooms(4) are located in the other floors. The property has a private frontyard and a backyard with an automatic sprinkler system and a private parking for a car. There is a private rustic BBQ area available at the side of the property. Two floors has balconies for the entire lengt of the flat. Hot/Cold water, central heating, remote controlled individual bedroom air conditioning units and linens for the Queen(4)/King(1) size beds are provided. The flat has wireless internet connection and the security of the flat is maintained. The flat is ideal for family reunions or romantic getaways.

The flat is located in a residential area away from noise. The EU approved beach is about 500 feet away. There is a very popular restaurant and two corner grocery stores located in the same block. The unlimited entertainment, restaurant, sightseeing, sporting and shopping facilities can be found along the 20 miles long pedestrians only promenade by the beach. There are farmer markets in 3 locations and 2 gocery supermarkets close to the property.The back side of the flat opens up to a National pine forest with number of hiking trails.
TRANSPORTATION:
1)The nearest airport to MARMARIS is in the town of Dalaman, called DALAMAN AIRPORT. There are scheduled international and domestic flights from/to the Dalaman Airport. The domestic carriers are Turkish Airlines and Pegasus Airlines. They operate from two airports from Istanbul a) Istanbul-Ataturk Airport(IST) and b) Istanbul-Sabiha Gokcen Airport(SAW) as well as from the other cities to/from Dalaman Airport(DLM)
2)Regular Inter City Bus services from/to Marmaris to all parts of Turkey is available at the Inter City Bus Terminal in Marmaris.Varan, Kamil Koc, Pamukkale and Ulusoy are the major names of the bus companies serves to Marmaris.
3)Regular City of Marmaris shuttle minibus(=Dolmus) services are available 24/7 for 1.50 YTL ($ 1.00) per person. It takes 15-20 minutes from the Inter City Bus Terminal to the house.
4)Taxis are avaiable 24/7 at the airports and in Marmaris.
5)Dalaman Airport/Marmaris transportation: HAVAS Ground Handling Co. provides shuttle bus service between Dalaman Airport and Marmaris. This is the best value for the service. Marmaris Departure/Arrival Spot: Inter City Bus terminal. Dalaman Airport Departure/Arrival Spot: Next to Arrivals Terminal. Ticket fee: 25 YTL per person with luggage(5). Pay to the driver. Both trips last about 90 minutes. Havas shuttle service scheduled according to departure times of Turkish Airlines(THY) flights from Dalaman Airport. Shuttles depart 3 hours prior to THY departure flight times from Marmaris Inter City Terminal.
