Description of the Marmaris vacation villa rental
Villa Manzara offers the convenience of your home yet the luxury of a hotel. Unbeatable sea view from the two villas is available from each room as you lounge in your chairs specially designed on the wooden terrace of balconies to watch the nearby village, peak of the mountains or flickering sea. Each unit is fully-equipped for your comfort. You will enjoy the privacy and exclusivity as you start off your day with a breakfast or read a book while sunbathing on your terraces. You can relax or your children can play in the bubbly jacuzzs set on the terraces with a breathtaking view, or lay back in hammocks while watching squirrels and birds.
Located in the Southern Aegean coast of Turkey, Selimiye Village is 40 km. south of Marmaris and is app. 150 km. from the Dalaman and Bodrum International Airports.
There are five apartments set in two villas side by side all having charming individual features such as exposed beams and stonework, open fireplaces, large private terraces for serving breakfast and sun decking in privacy.
The apartments have one master bedroom and adjacent bedrooms sleeping up to six comfortably. These units are furnished with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two terraces- indoor and outside dining and are comfortably decorated with full amenities.
All the apartments are furnished with air condition (split) for heating and cooling in all of the bedrooms, Satellite TV, radios,stereo sets, hairdryers, espresso and coffee machines. There is common barbecue place, dining and entertainment deck and village foods bar, badminton set.
Each unit has its own kitchen facilities and large terraces with a pergola for serving breakfast and sun bathing in privacy.
Mountain bikes, fishing poles and fitness equipment and a whole variety of British kites are available.
Area Description
Situated in the Southern Aegean coast of Turkey, Selimiye is 40 km. south of Marmaris and is circa 140 km. from the Dalaman and Bodrum International Airports. The buses to Selimiye can be a mode of transportation as well as taxi and minibus services from Marmaris.
Hints and Tips
For anyone looking for privacy in wonderful rural surroundings, Villa Manzara is acknowledged to be the place set amongst mature almond, orange and pine trees in a big garden with a panoramic view of the bay of Selimiye.
An ideal place with all the creative comforts, but in pleasant surroundings, offers many options. Barbecue nights in the garden are often arranged. A swimming pool by A our hobby terrace for board games which is also utilized for painting and cooking sessions of talented parents.
The village is one of the most relaxed and friendly spots in a country renowned for its friendliness. Traditionally, the locals have made their living from fishing, farming and boat building, and these activities still govern the rhythm of life in the village.
You can get lunch in one of the water side restaurants or enjoy the evening in an exotic bar. Alternatively, do some exploring at the outskirts of Selimiye.
Selimiye village has a lot of pastoral features like the farm animals you can touch and play with. The whole area is ideal for walking or mountain biking. Our guests particularly enjoy the walk over the hills to Bozburun, the waterfall around Turgut and the climb to the fortress and to the historical ruins up in the hills.
Historical ruins of Roman, Helenic, Byzantium and Greek era are an integral feature of the locality just as the the beautiful inlets and islands which are encountered during the most demanded daily boat trips.

left the ship. I want to thank you very much for opening Villa
Manzara to us! My friends and I could not have been happier
with the place. I left Shengul a tip along with $20.00 USD for
a door knob that broke. We're sorry about that. We also want
to apologize for the friend of ours who ended up on the porch of
the other home. We sent him back to the ship. Sardunya was a
fabulous place to eat, and Mustafah was very kind to us! We
want to thank you for all of the hospitality. I will email you
all of that information tomorrow. I have to ask everyone their
age, and I am about to go flying. Take care and I will email
