Description of the Marquette vacation condo rental

Stay in our spacious 1250 square foot 2 bedroom loft with 2 views to enjoy, one overlooking Lake Superior the other overlooking a gorgeous white pine forest! You will be just a few steps to Lake Superior's sugar sand beach at Sand River that stretches for 6 miles. Enjoy beautiful, serene sunrises on the morning beach; walk along the evening beach for breathtaking sunsets!

Relax on the 500 square foot deck surrounded by woods with breathtaking views of Lake Superior waves. The deck overlooks a 50 x30 putting green for your personal enjoyment.

This loft is beautifully furnished with fully equipped kitchen, leather furniture, smoked oak wood floors, 3 queen size beds and 2 futons for extra sleeping arrangements. Enjoy 250 channels with satellite television; relax with your favorite music on the stereo sound system. Watch that movie on the DVD. Telephone and computer hook up as well as Wi-Fi is provided for your convenience.

Take an authentic Finnish Sauna on premises for the perfect vacation getaway. This loft is an inviting vacation rental for 2-6 but has room for more! Hope to see you soon. Area Information

The Seacoast Loft's Lake Superior Beach at Sand River is rated one of the number one beaches in North America! The Loft is located just 15 miles east of Marquette, Michigan, home of Northern Michigan University and Marquette General Hospital. Travel 23 miles east to the Pictured Rocks Shoreline, and Grand Island in Munising, Michigan and the Hiawatha National Forest. The Pictured Rocks Boat Cruise is voted the#1 cruise in Michigan. We are surrounded by hiking trails and waterfalls , snowmobile trails, cross country ski trails, water trails, lighthouses and more. Marquette Mountain downhill skiing, NMU Hockey Events at the Barry Center , The Noquemanon Trail Network, Presque Isle Park, Kawbawgam Trail, Blueberry Ridge are all minutes away. Trail 417 lets you snowmobile from our back door!

Great location. This place was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Even though the weather didn't cooperate, we had a great time in the Munising / Marquette area. We would recommend the loft as a great alternative to a hotel / motel. Daily walks on the beach .... wonderful.

Very comfortable and clean. The owners were very accommodating and eager to please. Lake Superior is across the street. Close in proximity to both Marquette and Munising. Munising has some great waterfalls, pictured rocks and great trails.

Hi Geoff and Carole I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at the seacoast loft. The Upper Peninsula of Michigan has become one of my favorite destinations, and it was no exception on our trip. Lots of snow and such beauty. We loved the loft. It was beautifully decorated and the openness of the main area gave a homey feel to the room. Also, we liked how the kitchen was so fully stocked with cups, plates, pans, utensils and silverware. we found everything we needed. Also we enjoyed the many channels on the satellite TV. We found the skiing and the snowboarding to be tremendous. I love the forest and all the trees. It makes for a lovely time of cross-country skiing. My son and his buddy really enjoyed Marquette Mountain. The accessibility to NMU, Marquette and the surrounding area makes your place an ideal spot to stay. I love it that you are on Lake Superior. I hope you have many satisfied guests come to stay! We will definitely keep you and Seacoast Sand River in mind when we come back to the UP. Betsy Foster
